The manual washing of dishes, pots and other accessories is a daily necessity, above all in the restaurant field. It is important ensure a high level of hygiene in accordance with HACCP protocol.
SPLENDO SANITIZZANTE is a neutral liquid detergent based on surfactants with high emulsifying and dirt dispersant power. It is highly foaming and degreasing and these properties are not altered in the main water hardness. Thanks to the neutral pH, it is safe in using. It perfectly meets the cleaning and sanitizing necessities and, simultaneously, the microbial growth inhibition on sponges and steel wools used during the manual washing. Ideal also on delicate surfaces of food industries where the common alkaline detergents may cause damages, and in the operation where the neutrality of the product is required.
USE MODALITY
Advised dosage for 5 L of water:
with soft water 0-15 °F, 10 ml of product with moderate water 15-25 °F, 15 ml of product with hard water >25°F, 20ml of product.
Drop the dose of SPLENDO SANITIZZANTE in water, possibly hot, and shake well in order to facilitate the dissolution and the formation of foam.
