The manual washing of dishware, pans and other accessories is carried out on a daily basis, especially in the restaurant sector. It is important to obtain the best results quickly, using small quantities of product.
SPLENDO is an anionic surfactant-based neutral liquid detergent with elevated emulsifying and dispersive properties for dirt. It is highly foaming and degreasing and these characteristics are not altered by the hardness of the mains water. Thanks to its neutral pH it is safe to use. It can be used for the manual washing of tiled and enamelled surfaces, steel surfaces, dishware, glasses, knives, crockery, containers and utensils in the food sector. Also ideal on delicate surfaces in the food industry where common alkaline detergents could cause damage and in operations requiring neutral products.
USE MODALITY
Recommended dose for 5 litres of water:
With soft water 0-15°F – 10 g of product With the water of average hardness 15-25°F – 15 g of product With hard water over 25°F – 20 g of product
N.B.: 10 grams of the product are equivalent to approximately one tablespoon Rinse after washing.
Pour a dose of SPLENDO in preferably hot water and mix well to facilitate dissolving and the formation of foam.
