After use, professional ovens need to be kept perfectly clean, without any carbonised residue whatsoever. OVEN CLEANER AUTOMATIC is a particularly effective detergent for the cleaning and degreasing of self-cleaning ovens fitted with integrated wash systems.
Particularly suitable for the removal of the most stubborn layers of dirt. Specifically for the removal of carbonised residue and old layers of dried grease anchored to surfaces.
Ideal for canteen kitchens, hotels, restaurants, fast-food restaurants, patisseries and rotisseries.
USE MODALITY
Pour the product neat into the tank of the integrated dosing system. In the case of dosage systems which draw directly from the container, immerse the drawing tube and set dosage at between 1 – 3 ml per litre of wash water.
Before starting the wash cycle, remove the bulk of residue from the cooking chamber (this will avoid the blockage of the automatic washing system nozzles). External areas of the oven or areas not reached by the automatic wash cycle (hidden door or glass sections) must be cleaned manually.
