Product Description
A strongly alkaline, low-foaming chlorine-free detergent for the removal of organic residue from CIP systems. It degreases deeply, dissolving organic residue typically found in dairy industries and food industries in general. It can be used with hard water inhibiting the settling of salts which constitute the water hardness. These properties render weekly descaling operations unnecessary, leaving them to be carried out occasionally in case of necessity.
USE MODALITY
Washing CIP systems: Rinse with mains water. Allow 0,5% – 2% solution to circulate (with water at 50°C-60°C). After 10′-15′ drain an rinse with portable water.
