Product Description
ALLSAN DAY is a non-foaming caustic sanitizing detergent, strongly oxidizing, formulated for the cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and tools for the food industry sector in a single wipe. The oxidizing chlorine (6+% min) guarantees an elevated level of cleanliness and hygiene by eliminating the residual bacterial load present in the equipment. The product also contains sequestrant additives which also allow its use in the presence of hard water. ALLSAN DAY also works cold (T<30°C) and is compatible in the recommended dilutions with all materials used in equipment and tools. SECTORS OF APPLICATION: CIP systems in general, multifunction boilers Pipes for the transfer of liquids Tanks and silos for the storage of alimentary liquids, bottling plants.
USE MODALITY
WASHING OF CIP SYSTEMS: Rinse with mains water Allow a 0.5% – 1.0% solution to circulate (also with cold water at 20-30°C) After 10’ – 15’ drain and rinse with potable water.
MANUAL CLEANING OF TANKS – ACCESSORIES AND INSTRUMENTS Rinse with mains water Wipe with a sponge or brush using a 1% – 1.5% solution Rinse with drinking water.
In order to guarantee the best hygiene results, it is advisable to carry out descaling operations at least once a week with one of the indicated correlated products: CIP DISINCROSTANTE, DM7, DM7 SUPER.
