Description

VIRTUS 466 LEATHER NANO PROTECTOR is a transparent nanotechnology-based protective coating that can be applied to leather and synthetic leather, ensuring minimal wear. By providing water and oil repellency to the surface, VIRTUS 466 LEATHER NANO PROTECTOR prevents dirt and stains from adhering while offering protection against color fading caused by sun exposure. VIRTUS 466 LEATHER NANO PROTECTOR helps extend the life of leather by protecting it from chemicals and UV rays.

Application Surfaces

Natural leather, artificial leather, PU leather, PVC, leather surfaces of car seats, household appliances, laptop bags and smartphone cases, furniture.Do not apply to plastic parts, painted surfaces, glass, or fabrics.

Application Instructions

Surfaces must be dry and free from dust, wax, oil, grease, and other contaminants.

• Degrease the surface using a suitable cleaner to remove any residues and dry it with a clean microfiber cloth before using the product.
• Pour VIRTUS 466 LEATHER NANO PROTECTOR onto the applicator cloth placed on the applicator block and spread it evenly using crosswise horizontal and vertical motions.
• Wait 24 hours for the drying and curing period.
• During the curing time, keep the treated surface away from direct sunlight, excessive dust, water, and other contaminants.

Application Tips

• For best results, ensure that the application environment is as close as possible to the recommended temperature and humidity levels (23°C and 50% relative humidity).
• Apply in a shaded area.
• Do not apply to surfaces that are too cold or too hot.
• Prepare the surface by cleaning it with a neutral detergent to remove any contamination residues and dry it with a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth before using the product.
• Define the working area using masking tape.
• Consumption is 30-40 ml/m² for natural leather and 25-30 ml/m² for artificial leather. Do not use excessive product.
• Shake the bottle well before use. Pour VIRTUS 466 LEATHER NANO PROTECTOR onto the applicator cloth and spread it evenly with horizontal and vertical motions. After approximately one minute wipe with a clean cloth.
• Ensure that no areas remain dry.
• Allow the surface to dry for 24 hours to ensure full effectiveness.
• During the curing process, keep the treated surface protected from direct sunlight, excessive dust, water, and other contaminants.

In case of accidental application on surfaces other than those specified, clean the surface immediately with a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth.
